Placement Policy

RULES & REGULATIONS

With regards to the placement process the institute has defined clear guidelines as stated below:

The subsequent set of rules will be strictly adhered to the institute. 

Deviations if any will be on a case to case basis and at the sole discretion of the institute’s management.     

Eligibility for the placement based on following parameters 

• Attendance must be 75% or above
• Academic Performance                              
• Completion of Assignments given in respected classes
• Performance during the tenure of internship
• CPP performance
• Clearance formalities from concern departments (Admin, Accounts, Academics etc.)
• Those students who have not participated in placement opportunities given to them, for 4 consecutive companies, will have to contact placement cell authorities as to reason out for not participating in the same. 
• For Special Case: If a student already has an opportunity in hand and also gets an another opportunity which has 50% higher package than the existing one, hence he/she will be allowed one more chance to participate in the placement process for that respected company.
•  All the shortlisted candidates have to join the organization, but due to any unavoidable circumstances, if any student is not able to join the organization, insuch case he/she has to inform concern coordinator and based on the situation decision will be taken.
• Any student refrains to join company, such students need to contact T & P cell with justification for the same.

Strict disciplinary action will be taken if any uneven activity is practiced by student to disrupt, demean the placement process. The instances of such behaviour could include:

• Non performance during the interview process or misbehaving with the interviewer. 
• Demeaning the institute at the organization by damaging the brand image of the institute.
• Cheating during the aptitude exams accounting to misappropriation and fraud.
• Not adhering to the time schedule of the placement drive wherein discipline for grooming, uniform, to carry relevant documents is not followed.
• Any other instance or inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted by the institute and hence punishable actions will be applied.
• Any attempt to contact the company directly (until and unless advised), shall incur strict disciplinary action which may result to academic loss of the student.

Do’s:

Students who have obtained placement offer by self references (PPO) must submit one copy of the offer letter to the placement Cell.

Any student selected through the process facilitated by the institute need to obtain the appointment letter from the placement cell. 

Finally, do understand Placement is a Privilege, Which the Institute offers and not a Right.
