On World Environment Day, Lotus Business School, Pune arranged a campaign to spread awareness in society on their responsibility towards Mother Nature. environmental awareness makes us realize the pressing need to take immediate action to stop harming the environment and start restoring the damage we have done to it. Unless there is awareness, there is no action – or at least no proper action. And this action must start from the individual level and spread through the people and organizations we know.
Students of our institute visited various signals of PCMC city and did Flash mobs to let people understand the environmental issues such as deforestation, environmental pollution, water crisis, global warming and climate change, loss of biodiversity etc.
Tree Plantation
Trees are an important source of life for the living kind, be it humans, animals, or birds. Due to our negligence, it is somehow that we have not protected them which is the major reason behind the rise of global warming, the rise in pollution levels. We must understand the benefits of planting trees and encourage others as well as to plant more and more trees for our betterment. With this Aim Lotus Business School arranged a Tree Plantation program. Students, Faculty and all staff members Participated in this Activity. Also, the students joined the Art of living’s tree plantation program in Bhandara hills, dehugaon.
